Years before we started restoring an 1840s farmhouse, we were knee-deep in business operations and ERP work for small and mid-sized companies. We never stopped. The consulting practice runs alongside the farm, and the two share the same approach — figure out what’s actually broken, fix it with what’s already there when possible, and don’t make it more complicated than it needs to be.
We help companies with operations consulting, ERP implementation, and process improvement, across a couple of major platforms. Sometimes that’s a stalled implementation that needs an outside set of eyes. Sometimes it’s a process that grew sideways over the years and needs straightening out. Sometimes it’s just a few hours of advice over coffee. We do all of it.
